Mallory Band

In addition to tutoring and coaching, Mallory uses her voice to write and speak about her experiences growing up and living with ADHD and anxiety.

She wants to create and foster a community where neurodiverse individuals can thrive. She has published several articles in CHADD’s Attention Magazine and ADDitude Magazine.

In November 2022, Mallory will speak about “Imposter Syndrome” at CHADD International. She has been a guest on numerous podcasts, including Beautifully Complex: Navigating Neurodiverse Parenting, Taking Control: The ADHD Podcast, and The ADHD Melly Show. She is currently working on publishing her first book, which she describes as an experiential memoir.
